Good old Amazon came through though with a few brands. So here is my up and the down of them.Neither Bookbinder or Chincoteague are adequate oyster stews by themselves. Only small pieces of oyster in each. To do it right, buy a can of boiled oysters and add about 2/3 of it to the can of oyster stew. It adds about $2 to the cost but well worth it. Now you're talking oyster stew.In my taste test, and my wife's, Chincoteague comes out on top with a more sophisticated taste.
