They are not very comfortable to sleep on as there's not much give. I'm 5'9" 180 lbs and I literally have to push my head back into the pillow. So the companies claim that the pillows will prevent neck pain is false IMO. I'm 4 years post ACDF surgery and if I slept on this pillow, I'd definitely wake up with neck pain. The firmness may change over time if they're used, as many have noted, but I do not see the point if you have to "break-in" a pillow. I do like that it's hypoallergenic and affordable, that's about it. If you like firm or want to maintain a "full" look for aesthetics (staging a room), then these are for you. They're 25 inches. Not 30. They don't cover my bed. They're also not 20 inches wide either. They're 15. Thanks Just Right Pillow for not knowing how to use a MEASURING TAPE! Good job!Aside from that, the pillow itself is OK. Not great, but OK. It's flat and isn't puffy. Let them sit to loosen up before I put in cases. Have hit them, turned them, fluff them, but they are still like two (2) hard large rocks. My head stuck up and could not sleep and hurt my back.DO NOT PURCHASE unless to be used for show.
