I’m between size 12 and 14 and went for a 12 having ordered a half zip fleece in a 14 and finding it quite big. I have since ordered two more in different colours but went for size 18 instead of size 22 and they both fit. That said, if you want a snug fit I would say you can go down 3 sizes instead of 2. Their size chart is way out. The quality is excellent for the price I paid. These jackets do have long sleeves but I just fold the cuffs up which isn't a problem.
