It is not a piece of furniture, so if you are looking for a cedar chest or trunk you are going to have to look at furniture, and pay a bit more for the item. Looks great! Useful for storing clothes, blankets. It is very lightly constructed. So while it looks like the entire structure is wood with metal overlay when you open it you discover, it’s a wood frame with the inner surface of the metal exposed. It is not heavy and comes in one big box. Probably not useful for weighty items but fine for decoration, pretty even.
