I poured it into a ceramic jar and then dipped the brush in small-ish doses that do not drip; applied easily to decking, without toxic smells; and dries quickly. On older wood you will be better to assume you will need two coats so 1L will stain max 2 m2. Also assume the colour will be a tad lighter than the online image.
Review: Excellent product, does the job perfectly! - Really good product, I used this to treat a small table i made from pallet wood and it has been showered with compliments. Just remember to use a good clear varnish after to seal the deal!

A: Hi, thanks for getting in touch with us. 

Yes, selecting 'all' will supply you with all 9 colours.

**Q: How does the mahogany perform ? Most of the negative reviews are regarding the tester bottles**
A: I didn’t get mahogany I chose dark oak and couldn’t fault it, I gave it three coats and then topped it with danish oil

**Q: Can this be used on a pine floor?**
A: I can’t see why not. Obviously you will need to sand the pine down to bare wood before you stain it. When you have the colour you want then it will need to be sealed..

**Q: Do I need to apply a sealant or varnish over this wood stain for outdoor furniture?**
A: I didn’t  but I can see why someone would I just stained a small occasional table

Product is fine but I felt is is a little weak and not very penatrative. I had a large area which had lost most of its colour. This product would be ideal for smaller touch up areas to bring back colour. Overall this is probably my misunderstanding of the product before I bought it but the details could be clearer. Most people would probably leave a 5 star review for the same so treat this as overcritical.
