I'm a big dude, about 300 lbs. They make my boots comfortable. The insoles lasted for about 6-8 months in my daily wear work shoes before i could tell they were not as supportive any more (my foot, ankle, knee, and back pain started to come back). The pains cleared up in a couple days. Easy to trim. I had a prior insole to copy and they fit perfect. The sizing seems spot on, but i'm at the smaller end of this insole so i have to trim a fair bit.
