To put out $50+ just to try something isn't in my budget.There really isn't anything in particular I can say about using it for a little over a week except that starting the first night I have gotten the best herbal induced sleep without a dopey morning hangover that I have had in a very, very long time. As a bodybuilder I realize the value of a good rest period because without good rest there can be no real progress in muscle development no matter how hard a person works out.As of now, I've seen no real earth shattering results except for my sleep so perchance if there are some further future results all I can say is I will come back and report those if they actually happen.For now, do I think a good sleep is worth $50+? Not really because I can rely on other methods but is it worth it to someone else? For some folks it would be a God send, but for right now this is all I can report so far as my own observations and needs are concerned.Okay, week 2 and I'm back with some good results. I said in my previous statement that I am a body builder but what I didn't say is that I'm a 67 year old body builder.
