It is also such a LARGE bag - Great value! It was super easy for me to cook this quinoa. I use organic chicken stock, and it only takes about 15 minutes to cook using the stove top. It tastes great when I cook it this way, even my babies will eat it up! I have also used the cooked quinoa to make "fried rice." I cook it exactly the way I would cook fried rice, and you really can't tell the difference at all! The BIG difference is that it is so much healthier to eat this quinoa "fried rice" then it is to eat regular fried rice. I've also used this quinoa in soups! I just love how versatile this food is! Definitely would recommend to everyone!
