OK but for younger ages
The game is OK but the playing ages should be reduced from 6-12 to 4-6 years. In today's world, younger kids are more savvy and older kids are bored if it is too simplistic. After playing the game twice with our 8 year old grandson, he decided to donate it to the Children's Hospital for the children with cancer where he and his parents donate their time. So, hopefully, someone there will enjoy it.

I Spy with my little eye...
I spy with my little eye something that is fun. This is a quick fun game that allows kids of all ages play. It might be too easy for kids older than 7 but it is challenging enough for 1st graders. Kids first played this game at a friends house and kept requesting to go back to play, so I figured it would be easier if we owned it. They love it and we have even gotten a third friend addicted to it. Kids can practice their deductive reasoning as well as strategic thinking. It's a fast paced game so you can get in a couple rounds without having to spend 30mins per game as some board games. We have upgraded to the full Spy Alley game, but this version remains a favorite. Very happy with this game. Highly recommend, good for kids 4-7, older than that and I think they are ready for the full version.

Some basic flaws
The biggest flaw of this game is that it is a guessing game. A few times we played it there was a winner on the first turn. Very very disappointing to kids eager to get wrapped up in a board game.Even though it’s a junior version, I think it could have a tad more complexity so kids have to pay attention and do more than just take random guesses to figure out who the spy is.

My grandkids are having fun- but nothing like the original game
Having played spy alley- the orginal game- this was very dissapointing.it makes no sense and does not challenge the brain in any way.Figure they will be bored by the end of the week.

Well made and easy to play. Great for kids under 11.
This game is made in the USA. Well made and of very good quality. I know this game will be well received at Christmas. I purchased this game for my 10 year old niece. She also has an 8 and 6 year brother and sister, so I know they can all play due to the game not being over complicated. Spy Alley Junior - I am extremely pleased with this game and would recommend it.
