The duratech has no hydraulic fluid reservoir, no hydraulic pressure metering device, no hydraulic reversing valve, and no hydraulic connecting hoses. It is a completely portable, completely manually operated hand wrench. The duratech wrench easily fits around the head of nuts and bolts that are unobstructed. The duratech wrench cannot be used on pipe, hose, or tube fittings because the wrench end is closed. Open end wrenches are required for pipe, hose, and tube fittings. The Duratech wrench has a variable size wrench head that is actuated by a knurled thumb adjustment scroll to change the size of the opening to fit either metric or non-metric bolts and nuts.
