A: It is dishwasher safe as per SGS test report #HKHL150700021947SD.

**Q: Hello, where is this manufactured?**
A: I think in China.  If you haven't already ordered it I strongly suggest that you DO NOT!!!  Mine came with a small hole in the body.  I made a call to the vendor asking how to return it.  The answer -- this item cannot be returned!  BTW same answer from Amazon!  It is still useable but the water level gets low after 5-8 minutes.

A: Hold one side of the top rim and push the bottom and then repeat for the other side.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the bottom of the medium size? (None of these questions specify medium vs. small.)**
A: The exterior base dimention of medium size is about 10.75 x 8.75 inches whereas the small size is about 9.5 x 8 inches
