The puffs at the top of the sleeves were a nice addition to the outfit and made it quite striking. It was really handy that a witches hat was included with the dress. I stuffed the hat with paper towels to make it stand up straight and that worked very well. I am 5’4” and usually wear size small clothes, but I was pleased how well this costume fit, it is made of stretchy material and I think it would fit most people S,M, or L. I would have given it fives stars, but my collar didn’t want to stand up as shown in the product picture.
