It had happened multiple times so I am surprised it lasted as long as it did. Good product. Paint on the face is a little bit messy, but not very noticeable. Also very fun when it gets cold. The goo inside him gets tough but doesn't change texture or consistency after it thaws. Overall satisfactory.

This guy is not as much stretchy and as he is squishy. Don't get me wrong he does stretch, just not as much as the other ones we've purchased. But he is "fun to squish" according to my son.
