It ships in a box and I thought that was cool because it's environmentally friendly but weird. Once I unrolled it, the foam basically inflated immediately and has remained firm over the past two months (super cool). This is the best mattress that I've ever slept on - and the cheapest. Because there were limited other reviews on Amazon, I almost didn't buy this but stoked that I did.
