The arms are pretty lightweight compared to a previous jacket I wore. I bought this for gouging and use a lightweight fire retardant jacket for most of my other welding/robot welding. There was also a 3 year protection deal available, which if you’ve been welding for awhile you realize your clothing doesn’t really last very long. Fit was great think I bought a large, I’m a gym monkey 5’9 210lbs.
