Be Advised Shipping Damage Can Happen *by G***H on Reviewed in the United States on May 4, 2012* This Can Filter is one of the best on the market, and already having owned other ones, it was a no-brainer to purchase another. However, be advised that these are very hard to ship due to the size and the weight, and the first one I received was so damaged I had to refuse it at the door with FedEx. We were upset as we really were on a time crunch with needing this filter (those of you out there who own these for their intended purpose know what I mean :) but Amazon.com really came through on this shipping damage. I called their customer service as soon as FedEx left, and advised of the damage and that I refused it at the door. (A much quicker and easier way of getting damaged product back to the retailer; that way you don't have to pay a penny for it to get back to them. Just so you know! ;) Amazon sent another filter out overnight, and we had it delivered the next day! This one wasn't nearly as damaged; had a few dings but nothing that affected its functionality so we were good with that. I did let Amazon know, and they knocked $50 off an already super low price! That was very great on Amazon's part, and well worth taking the chance of shipping damage. Take it from someone who needed this the day before it was ordered: this was a great deal dollar-wise that was made even better by Amazon's great customer service. I highly recommend buying these filters from them, since if something does happen during transit, Amazon WILL make it right by you.
