I initially had an issue with the mounting bracket. However, shortly after submitting a tech support request Robin P. got back to me and quickly resolved my issue. I have purchased several Sunba cameras over the years and have found technical support after the sale to be excellent. Therefore, highly recommend this brand.

It turned out the problem was the keyboard, and SUnba is reaching out to the manufacturer (not seller, it's white labeled) and tryign to help them with a fix. However, RObin also helped with a workaround that allows the keyboard and camera to work together until/unless the problem is fixed. Definitely above and beyond.

This is a great camera. Very crisp images even at night and the 36x optical zoom works fantastic. I initially had an issue with the mounting bracket. However, shortly after submitting a tech support request Robin P. got back to me and quickly resolved my issue. I have purchased several Sunba cameras over the years and have found technical support after the sale to be excellent. Therefore, highly recommend this brand.

This camera works exactly how I wanted it to, it’s built very sturdy. The ai motion tracking works well after some tweaking. The night vision is extremely bright. Overall I’d highly recommend
