They were instantly the most desired knife! (The smaller handle made them great for hulking strawberries!). Over time, they aged as we, uhm, dropped one on the floor and bent the tip of one of the knives. I was so very pleased to find them available on desertcart!!! They are easy to find in the drawer as they have the stainless steel colored handles and, of course, the safety cover! Our original Rada paring knives had shorter handles. They are sharp and make clean cuts. They still work as well as the ones we bought 40 years ago! I wish they sold them in a set -with one longer handle and one shorter handle.). Nevertheless, we still love these knives!!!! I would buy them again in a heartbeat!

Great paring knife! During the summer freezing and canning season our RADA knives get a lot of use. The blades can easily be sharpened with a RADA sharpener when they start to dull.
