I’ve actually bought it twice because I keep it outside on my patio, and although sun and rain eventually wear it out, it’s totally worth replacing. Unlike those cocoon-style hammocks that wrap around you and make it hard to breathe, this one has wooden spreader bars at the ends that keep it wide and open. You can actually relax without feeling trapped! It’s strong, easy to get in and out of, and absolutely worth every penny. I’ll keep buying this same one again and again. I like that it comes with everything you need to position it between two sturdy trees (as I am using it), or on a stand if you have one. The tree straps are well made and strong, but I don't know how much weight they will actually hold. I'm about 130 lbs. and it works fine for me; I have not tested it beyond my own weight. The hammock is supposed to accommodate 2 people, but I don't think that would be comfortable unless they are children. However, it is plenty roomy for one adult. The price is outstanding for all you get. I put a small pillow in the storage bag and my hammock is now the perfect backyard napping place. :-D
