What I thought might be the case turned out to be true: the low G was somewhat louder than the rest of the strings. So what I did instead was switch the low G to another ukulele which was a concert size and the result came out with all the strings sounding balanced volume-wise. Of course this is all based on personal preference (and Interesting since I already have the same set except it's made for and on one of my tenor ukuleles. But there was no listing for a concert size set). Next I'll have to see if there's a Super nylgut set for a baritone ukulele. Still very glad to have an alternative from the Aquila Nylgut low G sets with the wound low G which have very short lifespans because they unwind and fray along the frets so quickly (which to Aquila's credit, they do warn you that is the case with their wound strings). I love having a uke with the low G option. Of course next I'll be crazy enough to want to string another baritone but with a high G string. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Low G is wound *by F***H on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2018* I picked this set because a few people said that the low G wasn't wound. The set I got has a wound low G. I don't know if this is a newer development or not. I only recently installed them so I can't speak much as to whether I like them or not.
