I used it for a Red Eye flight from Los Angeles to New York and it was HUGE. This thing is so thick. I would say I have an average neck length and I could not comfortably rest my head on this. I ended up using it more like a normal pillow than around my neck. I wouldn't recommend. I would recommend the nifty Eye Mask though.
