As far as gains, u definitely get better throttle response with this. I live out in the mountains and was struggling with maintaining speed going up the mountains, that is no longer an issue at all. 1st time the tires spun in the xj on pavement lol. It also sounds great, u can actually hear the air being sucked into the cone and makes the jeep sound a little beefier. Theres is most definitely an increase in power, looks great under the good, functions better than i expected it to no doubt. Still getting five stars with the pain from the shroud because of the actual boost in throttle response and power. Can't beat the price either. I would definitely purchase again.
