This book so clearly spells out the human need and experience in such a loving and gracious manner, one can't help but be uplifted and understood and, thus, changed. I feel like a profoundly different person from when I started this book. The stories and anecdotes drew me in and helped me heal my own past hurts and grow in new ways.  It was an unexpected joy.
