Review: It works. - Its a great product. I tried a lot of other stuff. Melatonin gummies, etc. This works best for me if I need to sleep. No hangover in the morning. Not sure of the negative thing about diphenhydramine HCL. I mean really, did you not know what it was when you bought it? I can absolutely attest to the taste of the berry one. Tastes like crap :). Just suck it down and chase with water. Whatever you do don't buy the camomile and honey one. It REALLY tastes like crap. I had to throw half a bottle away because I just could not make myself use it. Regardless of the taste, it does work if you need a good nights sleep. I have had issues with sleep my entire life. This is the only thing I have found that works for me. I do not take it every night, just when I know I really need to get a good nights sleep in this night.
