And NO there is NO SOLVENT designed to remove silicone rubber. If you were to use it as a 'glue' between surfaces, it could be difficult to remove but it is possible. If it's used as a caulk to fill small gaps it'll remove easier. It holds semi porous semi smooth surfaces together best. It has little penetrating capability so it's bonding is considered to be of the sealing nature.
