When the bracket holding the foot rest broke when I was HAND TIGHTENING it, I became concerned about the overall safety and stability of the stool. I tried repeatedly and unsuccessfully to work with the seller to return the item. They refused to accept the stool, not because of the 30 days, but because I no longer had the original packaging, which wasn't much to begin with. Not an easy company to work with and I won't purchase from them again. Also, I see they no longer have this product available….gee, I wonder why?
