Actually I don't hate it, I gave this one star because the set I received had parts missing and one glass was damaged.  It really like the design and it looks very  nice if you are lucky enough to get a complete, intact set. When I received my 'damaged goods' (which was for a holiday gift ) I immediately contacted the company  supplier who did not bother to return my 3 e mail attempts. . I then contacted Amazon who took care of the refund with an Amazon gift card. (love Amazon's customer care)  The company, when the finally responded after 3 attempts from Amazon wanted me to return the defective merchandise at my  expense. HUH!!!  . Really nice looking product and would make a lovely gift for any tea/coffee aficionado but buyer beware . This company is not worth doing business with.
