This is the Ultimate Battle Binder. Hook backing is placed on the outside for name tape and rank. The outside also has a slash pocket. Inside there are 5 credit card slots, two slash pockets, mesh ID window, zippered storage pocket, large gussetted storage pocket and a removable 3 ring binder. There is also an 8.5" x 11" writing pad and elastic pen loop.

Very nicely constructed but at least 1/2" too narrow.  Might work for A4, but not standard letter.

    Not a 3-Rng Binder

Like the look of this binder, but bought it to put page protectors and page protector tab pages. They do NOT fit. The page protectors scrunch up and will not allow you to close the binder. It's a great idea but does not work as a binder with page protectors. Does work with a legal pad, but that is not what it was purchased for.

Overall I love the binder, I get plenty of compliments, however, the zipper is made of cheap parts as it snapped in half after about 6 months.
