Great turmeric suppkement

I'm going to preface my comment by stating that I had a serious brain injury (TBI) and I suffer from Peripheral Neuropathy (among other symptoms) as a result of this injury. I'm 62 years old and I'm in excellent shape. I work out five days a week for 1 1/2 to 2 hours per workout. Staying in shape is critical is it relates to slowing the regression of the brain injury. Inflammation is a constant challenge due to the brain injury. Neurologists believe there's damage to the blood vessels around my upper spine and lower skull. This is the main reason I tried this product. I try to very careful about what I say as it relates to supplements, because there are a lot bad ones out there. That being said, I'll need to follow up on this review in a month or so to see how it's affecting me. But the bottom line as it stands right now... I have experienced a reduction in inflammation. First and foremost, my hands don't ache as much. I'm not taking as much Naproxin or NSAID's. I know there are other benefits like possibly reducing cancer risk, Alzheimer's, etc, But I cannot comment on that for obvious reasons. Make no mistakes, inflammation is your enemy and from my perspective, this product is a good weapon to fight against inflammation!
