My sister tried garcinia cambogia and lost about 8 pounds before my nephew's graduation last year so I thought I would try it too. I can see now why she calls it the super fruit pill. In all the diets I have tried, I have never slimmed down this quickly without feeling nauseous or hyper. There is no caffeine so I don't feel that jittery feeling that the diets of the 80's had. I just the pills a little while before breakfast and dinner and when it comes time for the meal, I don't want as much as I used to. You do need to drink a good amount of water, but that is fine. The pills are not too big so they are easy to take and no taste. I also don't want a snack late at night, which was my downfall (TV snacking). In what feels like no time, I am losing weight and I can tell that this pill is burning fat too. It is definitely the best weight loss pill I have tried and the easiest, cheapest diet too.
