The bottom of the stem of your cone needs to be sturdy. Its not going to be if you load the cones in totally empty. Its a pain, and seems counterproductive, but after you do this, it's so fast, easy, and your cones come out nice and tight! Bit of a learning curve with filling and packing. I feel compelled to leave this review cause my life would be a million times better if I bought this earlier but I hesitated cause of bad reviews. So basically you have to fill the joint cones in there very neatly so crinkles, then pack one layer, vibrate and pack, pack another layer, vibrate and pack, then the final layer. Used to take me an hour and a half to roll 76 joints so now that’ll take 15 mins.
