After maybe a week of adding it to my stack or daily regimen of various supplements mostly the kinds that help with energy and recovery from moderate exercise and so forth, I decided I need to isolate and try to understand whether this product was doing much for me. So, I’ve had several experiences now where I took this product with nothing else, on a nearly empty stomach.For me, the effect is definitely present which is excellent. Normally or at least over the last many years the vast majority of these kinds of supplements I take a simply don’t notice anything. Or, they have a little bit of an affect that to me seems totally not worth it for the price.Not with this!I’m not going to say it’s dramatic or life altering, but given the excellent price, excellent packaging and obvious quality that’s gone into Noomatic’s approach, I’m a fan of AA and Noomatic now.For me, as somebody who is highly desensitized to caffeine and most commonly found supplements in pre-workout powders and other similar products, I find this product one that gives me enough of an edge, mentally, to warrant its use. It’s hard for me to describe exactly how it affects me, but I definitely notice an increase in my mental clarity and sharpness that is a welcome change. I’ve noticed with my supplementation that everything ties into diet and exercise and especially sleep, and this product isn’t going to overcome a serious lack in any of those areas. But, when you are doing the best you can for your body and mind and you notice a small increase from a product like this and it’s excellent price point, it’s time to take notice!
