There is also strawberry and banana flavours of quik. I find the vanilla with the quik to be a fuller, smoother taste, flavour. When have one of the IBD issues or problems. The protein shake drinks are essential to get the proper amount of protein and vitamins each day. I find the 850g to be a good size, it would be best if it was 1kg. When having to drink two to three times per day on and off based on state of tummy, having this shake to drink is easy to keep down and an good value for the amount of protein per shake. More or less can be added to suit your personal requirements. The premixed versions do not have this option. The tub with lid is sturdy. I would redesign it to be taller, narrower, rectangular, like shape of a cereal box, with a smaller lid. I am careful but others in home could if was left too near edge knock over on floor.
