Too many factors to count will play into this, like if you have many other USB devices connected (which all impact your performance). I would try updating the drivers for the NIC. That's probably your best route. If there are updated drivers for the 3.0 USB hub that will also be a good avenue to look at. I have seen many systems with updated drivers or hotfixes for their onboard USB hubs. **Q: Does this work with Mac OS 11.5?** A: Works fine on Win 10, description says Mc 10.4 or higher. You can also ask Sabrent via email etc-they have been very responsive re several of their devices I own. Der Stick kam org. verpackt und neuwertig. Die Installation unter Windows 10 lief völlig problemlos. An einem Notebook aus 2016 mit SSD an USB3 und einem Zyxel Switch angesteckt, wird ein CD-Laufwerk erzeugt auf welchem sich der Treiber befindet. Installiert und der Zyxel erkennt sofort den 5Gbit Link. Beim Lesen kam der Transfer einer 100GB Datei auf 450MB/s, beim Schreiben auf 380...Der Stick wird gut handwarm, aber nicht heiß. Sehr sinnvolles Upgrade vom 1GBit Netz. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Becareful when mixing using 10GbE environment using some SFP+ connectors *by C***U on Reviewed in Singapore on 11 May 2021* I used this with the other end plugged into this SFP+ connector from https://www.amazon.sg/gp/product/B089D1ZYCJ to MikroTik CRS305-1G-4S+IN, and tried to transfer data with another 10GbE device. The SFP+ connected to this adapter strangely reports having 10GbE connection. This however screwed the download transfer from the 10GbE device, which the bandwidth was brought down to even less than 200mbps, possibly by bugging out the flow control as the 10GbE device and switch still thinks they are talking to another 10GbE device.
