Review: Buy it!!!! - This is a handy tool to have on your keychain to assist you in a case where it is pitch black dark and you need your keys in an instant. I let it sit in sunlight for 30 minutes and the keychain glowed great! The brightness intensity faded after roughly 3 hours of non direct sunlight but it still glowed dimly with less intense light and has not gone completely out since I have had and tested the keychain. It dimly glows green until sunlight hits it and that's when it really lights up. I have tested an low powered uv light with the keychain and it seems to take a liking to sunlight better. I would definitely buy this keychain again if somehow this one gets lost. I was NOT given this keychain for a review but would have loved to have been given one. Lol, but it is a nice new addition to my keychain; hope this helps if your leaning on the fence. Buy it!!
Review: Matthias made me want this lol - Way to expensive but super cool. So cool someone stole it from me so I might purchase again.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Some tritium vials are fake and die after 6 months. Is this the real deal? Anyone had these at least 6 mos?**
A: These are not tritium vials, they are a highly optimized glow-in-the-dark formulation that requires a charge/discharge cycle. They need to absorb light during the day in order to glow at night.

**Q: Can I use it to find the key hole in the dark? Thanks!!!**
A: for that i would purchase a small key chain light, this is not very bright

**Q: Can anyone tell me how long these are?**
A: About an inch and a half. I've had mine for three years now, and I love it! The glow really lasts.

**Q: Can the glow vile be changed out?**
A: It can be easily changed my removing the o-ring at the bottom of the housing.

Way to expensive but super cool. So cool someone stole it from me so I might purchase again.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not very bright after a minute, but does glow for hours.
*by S***O on April 21, 2026*

Glows very brightly the first 30 seconds after charged for quite a while, but quickly dims after that. However, unlike most glow in the dark products, it DOES emit light for a good 8 hours after that--just on the very dim side. A little pricey for that kind of performance. Solid structure though and handy hardware for clipping to various implements.
