It works great to body surf on the waves. The board will not crack in half like some of the foam boards I have used in the past. The board will bend slightly if you put enough pressure on a point of it. This is good because then it won't break or crack. The bottom of the board is very slippery which is great. If you find a steep enough slope on the sand, you can sled down it!
