Review: Good Cheap Gloves for Everyday Work - Got the 12-pair pack in XL and they’ve been solid. I've used them for my rescue classes and they have held up pretty well. The coating on the palm gives decent grip without feeling thick or clumsy. You can still feel what you’re grabbing, which is nice for smaller tools or screws. They’re breathable enough that my hands don’t get too sweaty, and the knit cuff keeps dirt out pretty well. After a few weeks of regular use the fingertips are holding up okay—no major holes yet. For the price of a dozen pairs it’s hard to complain. Not built for heavy construction or soaking wet jobs, but for general duty, landscaping, or warehouse work they do the job. I’ll keep buying them.

Got the 12-pair pack in XL and they’ve been solid. I've used them for my rescue classes and they have held up pretty well. The coating on the palm gives decent grip without feeling thick or clumsy. You can still feel what you’re grabbing, which is nice for smaller tools or screws. They’re breathable enough that my hands don’t get too sweaty, and the knit cuff keeps dirt out pretty well. After a few weeks of regular use the fingertips are holding up okay—no major holes yet. For the price of a dozen pairs it’s hard to complain. Not built for heavy construction or soaking wet jobs, but for general duty, landscaping, or warehouse work they do the job. I’ll keep buying them.

Quantity vs quality is a judgment call everyone has to make. I use a lot of these gloves to garden, with a black xl nitrile glove underneath to keep my hands as clean as possible when shifting soil, and because of how abrasive soil can be, even the high quality MaxiFlex versions of these gloves don't last very long. Overall 4 stars, mostly because the rubberized coating is thin and goes away fast, but when your hands are in manure and fertilizer that's not a big deal because you want to toss them into the recycle bin pretty frequently.
