Review: A great lamp with EXCELLENT customer support - I will, below, echo all of the points made by others, regarding how remarkably good this lamp is. First, though, I wish to make a point not raised in the reviews that I've read: THE SELLER, E&A, TAKES VERY GOOD CARE OF ITS CUSTOMERS. If something goes wrong...as it did, in my case...you have the reassurance of knowing that the seller will help. [Anyhow, they surely helped me.] My lamp arrived defective. It showed one color only, blue. No transition, no other colors. I did not contact the seller. I went to desertcart to try to exchange the lamp for a new one. That didn't work, however, because the desertcart robot required a credit card for exchanges, and my credit card wasn't good enough for the robot. So, I did a return, and got a refund. The seller's representative, on her own initiative, contacted me a few days later, to ask how things were going. I told her that the lamp was defective, and that I was disappointed. SHE WAS AWARE THAT I HAD ALREADY RECEIVED A REFUND, BUT NONETHELESS OFFERED TO SEND ME A NEW LAMP. I gladly accepted, and she went immediately into action. Four days later, I had the lamp. The lamp...the second one, the one that works properly...is excellent. Beautiful range of colors. Solid construction. Packed securely, in a tube of bubble wrap. Gorgeous and mesmerizing. The only defect, from my point of view, is one that others have mentioned: It runs on batteries, three AAA's, and cannot be plugged in. I was aware of that when I bought it, but I mention it here as a suggestion to the seller: I would gladly pay a few dollars extra to have a plug-in cord. Perhaps others feel as I do. Overall, this is a beautiful lamp, all that one could ask for [excepting the battery bit], and is quite a bargain for the price...and is sold by a company that treats its customers [or, anyhow, THIS customer] very well. Five-stars.

**Q: Can you keep it on one color or does it change automatically?**
A: It changes automatically.  Also, BEWARE... this is battery-operated ONLY.  I didn't read closely enough.  Wanted one of the plug-in variety.

**Q: How do you take the battery cover off? I received this but can't get the cover off.**
A: Very easy. At the back there is a rectangular space with a ledge or clamp. You just push it to the side & pull it out simultaneously. The batteries will be seen. The cover comes off.

**Q: Does this light stay on one color with the option to change the color, or does it automatically change every  seconds?**
A: Changes every couple of seconds

**Q: Is it rotary?**
A: No it's not. All it does is alternate between colors. And the whole thing doesn't light up like the picture shows. Mostly just the base and the tips of the fiber. Unless you look at it from a certain angle.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely Accent Light

I love this little light. It gives off more light than I had expected because of the crystals in the base where the light also shines through. The colours continually cycle through a rainbow of colours. It's perfect to have on whole listening to some relaxing music in the evening. If you have a kid I think this would be a great light for a bed table. I had a wand with a Fibre optic top like this lamp when I was a kid loved watching it. It seems pretty well made and the batteries put in were just cheap dollar store ones and they've been going for hours. I would definitely buy again.
