The effect is gorgeous! I would say, comparable to glitter nail polishes, it doesn't draw enough of an opaque line to work like a regular liquid liner would. Making wings out of it is not going to happen. But using it as an accent to your look is stunning and it's become a must-have for my makeup on days I want to be extra glamourous!

This glitter eyeliner is super versatile and works very well!! I most often use it to coat my eyelid after eyeshadow to give my whole eye look some sparkle. The effect is gorgeous!
