The first problem is the side panels near the cab had a 1/4" gap between the top of the liner and bed rail on both sides. If you look closely you can see this in the other reviewers photo. Their solution to this was for me too take some measurements and they would try to find one that would fit. The second issue was a con in reviewer one's review. The panel that covers the end of the bed at the cab laid flat on top of the bed until the hot sun hit it, then it lifted off the bed as shown in photos. Their solution to this was to use double sided tape to hold it down. This is easily one of the most expensive liners out there,I certainly wouldn't expect to have to use tape to make it work.I returned the liner. They waived all return charges and covered all but $50 of shipping. I know your saying they should have covered everything but read their return policy on their web sight. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks good, installs easy and does what it says. *by D***M on March 26, 2014* Been searching for a liner for my 2013 Silverado 1500, but didnt want spray or a permenant installation. Read some reviews on this and watched the video at their web site. Ordered it and it arrived in 3 days. Installation is extremely easy. Took me longer to clean the bed first than to install the liner.Pros:- Very simple "pop-in" installation- Looks fully lined and finsihed, even though its 5 pieces- Good mat - thick and slip resistent- Drainage is perfect, no rain or snow build-up in bedCons (not much):- Walls are a tough plastic/poly - probably ok, but wont know until they get hit hard- Tailgate piece requires drilling 4 holes in the tailgate for installation (note that I DID NOT do that - used the existing holes plus ordered extra strong 3M outdoor doublesided tape and it worked perfectly).- Bed front wall section sits up a bit over the rail (behind cab) - but also used the 3M there and no issues.I recommend the product thus far. Economical, looks great, fits great and does the job.
