I really didn’t think I’d feel a difference but omg if I forget a dose, I go back to being drowsy, fuzzy-minded, joint pain, dizzy and irritable. Within 15 mins of taking my dose I start to feel like myself again. This works better than my H2. If I do accidentally have an exposure to one of my known allergens, this stuff greatly reduces the symptoms. I take 2 upon waking, 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner. I’m wondering if I can take a few more than that. I can’t go a day without these. Absolutely impressed and my #1 for helping with my MCAS. Will happily pay the price because it’s given me my life and energy back. Update: After a month of use, I’ve been able to add a few food items back into my diet.
