**Q: Would a 1/2" bolt fit through the hole?**
A: The picture of the tie down says that the bolt hole is 13/32”.
Looks like it would not allow a 1/2” bolt to work. 3/32” short.

A: I don't know what you mean by droppers.  You get just the tie down rings.  the bolts and the rail t-blocks are sold separate.
