Review: It felt like I was in the movie... - This is a review for the SoundShaker Tactile Transducer Base Shaker and the SoundShaker Wireless Bass Shaker Amplifier which drives it: My first run-through with the SoundShaker, attached to my Equinox Home Theater seat, was binge-watching some old and new movies last weekend. I watched The Fifth Element, Charlie's Angels, Alien Covenant, The Dark Tower, and Ghost In The Shell. While I won't speak to the quality of the movies, there's no denying that having the SoundShaker made the experiences much, much more immersive. This device will really draw you into the movie! The whole chair just comes alive, and feels like it's a part of the movie. Setting it up took a little bit of figuring out. On the trasmitter side, my stereo amplifier still uses stereo wires, but the transmitter uses RCA cables. So I just had to run a converter wire to the regular RCA cables. By the way, RCA cables are included with the SoundShaker Amplifier kit. The strength of the shaking is adjustable, and I usually kept it about mid-dial. But for movies with a lot of action and explosions, I turned it up a notch or two. :) When it shakes, it's a little like the feeling when you're in a theater and it feels like the whole theater is shaking. It's simply awesome.
Review: Watched the beach battle scene from Saving Private Ryan on these things and felt like I was there - My lord... That was intense. Watched the beach battle scene from Saving Private Ryan on these things and felt like I was there. Thankfully there is a toggle to turn the intensity up or down. The set up was fairly easy. The wireless dongle thing hooked up to my receiver. Then the amplifier sat next to my home theater chairs and connected with each sound shaker unit underneath each chair. Was told that each amp can power up to 4 chairs and each chair having their own unit (they called it transducers I guess).

## Features

- VIEWING EXPERIENCE: these transducers connect to the amp (sold separately) to give you an immersive home theater experience
- EASY SETUP: easily install unto your home theater seat and be up and rumbling in minutes
- SEAMLESS ENTERTAINMENT: the bass shakers are transmitted low frequency output to achieve a tactile effect
- VIBRATION CONTROL: adjust the vibration or shake of the audio transducer units with controls on the amp

- SEATCRAFT: compatible with all chairs from the Seatcraft brand, not guaranteed for other brands

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this be wired to the subwoofer RCA output directly?**
A: If it's running analog sound to the amplifier, then yes it can be done. If it needs to be converted to digital first using wireless wi-fi not Bluetooth, then it needs a sound receiver to convert the sound from digital to analog for the vibrators to work from your sound bar subwoofer setups as most sound bars sold do not have an analog to digital and digital to analog converter chip and system in the subwoofer box for your TV as they do this in order to save money in building costs.

**Q: Will this work with Octane theater seating as far as bolting on shaker?**
A: Hi! Yes, this can work on any Home Theater Seating.

**Q: Can you install this with a sound bar and wireless subwoofer?**
A: The Soundshaker amplifier kit is needed with the shaker. The amplifier kit needs to be pair with a receiver.

**Q: Can you hook up sound shaker to ps4?**
A: the sound shaker will work with the P.S.4 When it is run through a surround sound receiver i have it hooked up that way and it is GREAT!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE
*by M***9 on June 3, 2021*

SoundShaker came with my Theater Chair. I had to order the amp and one transducer as a set. Added the extra device to our couch. Then order this third one for the love seat. The Man Cave experience is off the chain. However, these units are way over priced!
