I have to say that I loved the way the collar stay worked (unfortunately for only 6 months). I received the item in the end of April and used it almost daily with work attire. I’m disappointed to say that now in mid October it has broken. I was reluctant to buy it in the first place due to the relatively high price in my opinion for what it truly is, a piece of felt coated metal wire, but decided to give it a try anyway. The design is great, and it worked great, just didn’t get much life out of it😔. Had it lasted longer I would have easily rated 5 stars. In my opinion it should be made of a higher quality metal that can withstand little bending over time. Especially for the price. I DID end up purchasing another collar stay after some mental deliberation (as it did work and kept my collar and I looking great!). I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised that the inventor/owner of the company saw my review and express shipped my new one which was received within a few days of ordering! Thank you for that! I can honestly say that I REALLY hope this one lasts longer. I enjoyed my first one and was disappointed when it broke mostly because I didn’t want to go even a day at work without it after knowing how good my collar looked with it on. It really does work, it is comfortable to wear, and really does keep your collar looking top notch. Thank you again very much to the company owner/inventor for taking the time to read my review and speed up the delivery time on my replacement. I am changing my 3 star review to 5 stars for the hope of longer life of the new one! Review: Surprisingly good. - I had my doubts on this product, but so far it seems to work very well. I love the way it remains undetectable. My only issue was that it woul move around in my collar and need adjusting to keep it balanced. My solution was to wrap a little double-back tape around the center of it so it would stay put.
