Canterbury British and Lions Rugby Cotton Drill Cap

You are obviously paying a premium for this being a Lions hat. The quality of the material is good, it's comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the quality of the threading on the Lions logo is very good. Overall the build quality of the hat itself is very good.However, where it lets itself down is the clip at the back that allows you to adjust the size of the hat. It doesn't stay firmly closed in place, and so as a result every so often you have to re fit the hat. It's a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, but if you are paying a premium price for a premium branded product, you expect a better quality in the details.

I used to love wearing caps when I was younger but as the years have gone on my head must've doubled in size because I find it near impossible to find one that actually fits.With the lions 2021 tour looming I took a punt on this cap and it's brilliant. Arrived promptly and fits perfectly. The quality looks every bit of what you'd expect from a Canterbury product.As mentioned I have a big head so some might find this a little big but there is the usually adjuster strap at the back.Can't fault or find any negatives about this cap. I even went back and ordered the navy version aswell and that's exactly the same BRILLIANT.#Lions2021

The advert clearly shows a date for the tour as all lions items contain. The cap delivered has no date stitched in, the tension strap at the back is upside down to the one shown in the advert. A cheap knock off not a Canterbury product!!!!

Compared to the 2017 Canterbury Lions hat I've got which was really good quality and durable, this is very flimsy and poorly made with thin material - especially the strap. The shape of the cap is wrong too unless my head's changed drastically in 4 years. Like many others, a good reliable brand has sold out and now producing substandard goods. Pity as could always rely on Canterbury in the past for quality rugby clobber
