The packaging was not as good as I expected, but that's another story and does not relate to this item in particular. This item seems to be one of many similar generic products that are rebranded and sold by different sellers. The item itself aesthetically looks nice. The finish is good and feels sturdy and of a good quality when you hold it in your hands. Something that I really like about it is that it has large capacity and you do not need to refill them as frequently as with smaller products. Another good thing is that the small glass window makes it easy to differentiate salt from pepper easily and also hides the empty space on top as the salt/pepper is used up (something that I hate about all-glass grinders).There are two things though that bother me. The first is a designing flaw with the stand holder. It is nice as for the storage when they are just sitting on the table, but when it comes to holding the handle and moving them together, one may find the handle too short and somehow very difficult to reach/grab. I mean you have to be very carefull. Otherwise the mills would fall out of their places easily. It happened to me a couple of times and now I have decided not to move them all together.The second issue that made me give only three stars is that the one that I use for pepper does not work properly and regardless of the coarseness setting one has to rotate the grinder too many rounds to get only very little ground pepper out of it. And they look great. The only reasons I'm not giving it a full five stars are:The metal bar in the middle of the holder appears to be a handle for carrying the set, but it is clearly only decorative, and caused the set to fall to the floor when someone tried to pick it up by the "handle" The other is that the small graphics at the bottom, (which indicate the coarse-fine adjustment directions) rubbed off after only two weeks of use. Not a huge deal, as we already know how to adjust it, but I would have expected better quality printing.
