I'm on my 2nd tub of this product. It does what it says it will do. I've lost body fat using this with a pre-workout powder. I take it 5 days a week. Daily in the morning without food and 3 times a week before working out(total of 8 scoops a week). Not sure how it works, but it does!! Mixes well and taste is good. If you're looking to lose body fat without changing your workout routine, this product is what you need!!

This is a good product but the CLA content is lower than recommended. I bought CLA from bulk supplements to increase the CLA content.

Prefer the Blue Bombsicle flavor but this does taste like the Dorks iso amino's.

When I mix mine it's very chalky, and separates. All together it doesnt mix well at hard which makes it very hard to drink

Flavor is awesome. I mix with 10-12 oz of water

For anyone who is wondering, yes Dorks tastes like GRAPE. Luckily I have a friend who likes it, getting a Sourbatch for myself instead.

Never received my second order, so I gave it 1 star.But I want to fair to buyers out there and share my original review of the product the first time I ordered it. Here it is -I've been using this for 22 days (2x a day with meals). I really didn't think it was making a difference but I've just recently noticed that my stomach is so much flatter and I feel leaner. Granted I'm working out 4-5x a week and eating healthier; however I would not have seen the same results without this product. I have heard that if you can be can be patient, the effects and results are more visible at week 10.

Works good but a little to sweet for me.
