The blue skinny one has pliable edges on 3 sides…just enough for a mayo jar. The long scrapers (red, turquoise) have about 1 to 1 1/2” of softer/pliable silicon edges for bowls of all shapes. The shorter tools (orange, purple) measure out at 1” of softer silicone. Hope this helps. I use them ALL every day. **Q: Are the spoons deep enough to transfer food from a frying pan?** A: I don't think it would be safe to transfer food that's being fried using any of these spatulas.
