Review: Professional approved - As a professional chef who is holding a knife all day and having now used this knife to cut open packages, butcher chicken, slice and dice fruits and vegetable, I can say that this is an amazing knife. The handle is comfortable, the edge is sharper than a razor, and the build quality is what I've been searching for. I was able to slice a soft tomato in half without any pressure from my hand and just holding the knife in two fingers. If that doesn't tell you how good this knife is then I don't know what is. I'll definitely be buying more knifes to complete my set.
