I've mixed this in cream and liquid type of consistencies and it always works great. I think as long as you put it in something water based, it works out fine. **Q: Can you put in the refrigerator after opening?** A: After opening I keep Ginseng on shelf. I don't see a reason to put it in a refrigerator - unless you live in a very humid place. Really good product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes a difference in me. *by on Reviewed in the United States May 15, 2026* I purchase this because of the benefits of better cholesterol and sugar stability as well a fatigue.I’m a 33y woman stay at home mom of toddler, a year ago I started having issues with dizziness throughout the day and my cholesterol has been high for a couple of years. I was told by mom my that it can cause dizziness spells. I’m also epileptic non convulsive, and thought it was symptoms of that since it will cause me to faint or lose consciousness. after a visit to my neurologist we found I had high bp I’m not on medication for epilepsy and cause we’re not insured and it’s 1000 for what I need monthly. So since I haven’t had any seizures for over a year, I’m taking more nutritional supplements that have been around for over 1000 years, because epilepsy meds only make me more ill and I have more seizures on them.Since taking this and pausing my other supplements (fenugreek, bergamot and others) I feel better. I do take mushrooms supplements cause they help grow the grey area of the brain you lose during pregnancy and some of them help control epilepsy.I cut off brown sugar and only use maple syrup or coconut sugar for my teas and baking cookies or muffins for my little one. I feel much better and I’m not as tired.I’ve also been struggling losing weight and that stubborn C-section belly but since taking this for a month and cutting my meals from 3 to 2 or 1 with snacks I am slimming down, this is listed as a benefit of ginseng.I don’t exercise often just basic kettlebell or lots of movement most days cleaning. The house gardening or just going out places where I can walk this average 10000 steps. I deep clean often so don’t take that as normal.this has brought down my anxiety and stress a lot. I feel a bit happier and less prone to snapping because of my emotional exhaustion.This doesn’t have a taste to me but I’m used to earthy stuff.
